Credits Policy

This page mirrors the policy in the Itsframe Cloud app.

1. Credits are not money

Credits are an internal metering unit for AI usage only: not currency, not redeemable for cash, not transferable between accounts. Example rate: 1,000 credits ≈ $1 (subject to change with provider costs).

2. One balance, many sources

You hold a single credit balance fed by all sources. Every AI operation is debited from this balance at the provider's real cost and shown in the in-app usage history.

3. Expiry & renewal

Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase (example), after which unused amounts expire. Subscription buckets renew each billing period and do not roll over past the period.

4. Refunds

Refunding a pack returns the payment and claws back that pack's remaining credits from your balance. Consumed credits are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.
