Refund Policy

This page mirrors the policy in the Itsframe Cloud app.

1. General principle

Credits already consumed on fulfilled AI services are non-refundable, since we already paid their real provider cost. Unused credits in credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

2. How refunds are calculated

When a credit pack is refunded, we return the amount paid and claw back that pack's remaining credits from your single balance. Subscriptions: the current period is refunded pro-rata only if none of that period's bucket was consumed; consumed amounts are not refunded.

3. Requesting a refund

Request a refund from inside the app or via legal@itsframe.space with your order number. Amounts are returned through Paddle to the original payment method within business days.
