Contact & support

We're here to help you ship

Start with the docs for how-tos, report a bug or ask for a feature right inside the app, or send us an email. Pick whichever fits.

Ways to reach us

The fastest answers are in the docs and inside the app; email is here when you need a person.

Agents & MCP help

Connecting Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client, the setup commands and the local server — all on the Agents page.

Report a bug & feedback

The desktop app has this built in. In the title bar menu, choose Report a bug or Suggest a feature to open the Feedback dialog — pick a category (timeline, Frami, the built-in AI assistant, export, colour, audio and more) and a bug report can attach a screenshot.

Compose a support email

There's no form that posts to a server — Itsframe is local-first and this site has no backend. Instead, fill this in and we'll open a ready-to-send email in your own mail app, nothing stored here.

This opens your mail client with everything filled in.

Support questions

How do I report a bug?

From inside Itsframe: open the title bar menu and choose Report a bug. The Feedback dialog lets you pick a category — timeline, Frami, export, colour, audio, install & update, billing or other — and a bug report can include a screenshot. You can also email support@itsframe.space.

Can I suggest a feature?

Yes. In the title bar menu choose Suggest a feature to open the same Feedback dialog on its feature tab, or use the compose form above and pick the “Feature suggestion” topic.

Where is my media and project data kept?

On your machine. Itsframe is local-first: files stay in place on import, nothing is uploaded to edit, and on-device Whisper captions run on your own GPU.

Do I need to contact you to connect my own agent?

No. Itsframe runs a local MCP server you switch on yourself; the app gives you the exact command and token for Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients. The Agents page walks through it.

Why isn't there a normal contact form?

A web form needs a server to receive it, and this site doesn't run one — in keeping with Itsframe being local-first. The compose tool above builds an email in your own mail app instead, so nothing is stored on our side.
