1. What we collect

Account: your email, subscription, and billing data needed via Paddle. Projects: video files are edited locally on your device and uploaded only when you explicitly request a cloud service (e.g. cloud transcription or image generation). This website itself requires no login.

2. Telemetry

Product telemetry is opt-in: we collect no usage data unless you explicitly consent inside the app, and you can turn it off anytime. We never sell your data.

3. Data sharing & your rights

We share data only with essential providers (Paddle for payments, AI providers to fulfil your request). You may request a copy of your data or delete your account from inside the app or via legal@itsframe.space.
