Terms of Service

This page mirrors the policy in the Itsframe Cloud app.

1. What is Itsframe?

Itsframe is a Windows video editor. The editor itself is free and works without an account. Optional cloud AI services are paid with credits. Your account, plan, and credits are managed inside the Itsframe app, not on this website.

2. Account & acceptable use

Do not share your account, abuse AI services, or use them for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.

3. Credits & payment

You hold a single credit balance debited for each AI use at the provider's real cost. Example rate: 1,000 credits ≈ $1 (subject to change). Payments are processed by Paddle from your browser after signing in via the app. See the Credits and Refund policies.

4. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may be inaccurate — review before publishing. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

These pages may be updated from time to time; the version published here applies. Nothing here is final legal advice.
